    High-temperature micro injection molding, with materials such as PEEK and Ultem, is a very specialized field and one in which Elite Micro Molding excels. we provide a wide range of high temperature micro injection molded products to various market segments. Additionally, we provide products made with DuPont™ Vespel® materials. Vespel® grade materials have a melting point of 430°C (806°F). This material is designed to provide products for applications where conditions are too extreme for other polymers to perform.

    Parts micro molded with Vespel material have proven to be a cost-effective solution in a wide array of applications, including Aerospace, Industrial, Office Machines, Pumps, Semiconductor, and Transportation. High temperature micro molded components can replace steel components in a variety of applications. Custom research and development molds have been fabricated for the Vespel product line. These molds allow very fast prototype part turn around. Vespel product and mold design has been developed in conjunction with the DuPont Vespel Products Division.
